My elderly mom filled out an application for an apartment for PMI management almost a month ago and every time she calls for an update, they either do not answer the phone or they tell her they can not find her information (id,social security number, address, phone number, bank statements, and social security award letter) and to resend it, or they will call her back. They do not call her back. She starts calling at 10:00am and will call every hour until they close. After reading their reviews I noticed she was not the only person with this problem with PMI management. PMI management has taken a lot of fees but have not rented any homes recently.
