I received your inquiry about my property for rent at 3306 Riverton Way Stockton, CA 95219. My name is Wayne M Lefkowitz. My family and I just moved down to Oregon, USA due to my job transfer, we will be here for 4 to 5 years. My initial plan was to sell the house but I find it difficult to let go of this adorable home, I have decided to rent the home to a responsible tenant who is willing to take very good care of it in our absence. Pets are allowed as long as they are not destructive. The rent is $1000 and security deposit is $1000 and total move-in cost is $2,000 and all the utilities are included in the monthly rent, pets are also allowed. This guy is posing as the owner of a rental house in Austin TX. He is offering it for lease at $500/month. He is not the owner or a real estate agent.
