The company represents land for sale online through their website and numerous other websites. They disclose pricing online. It's simply, you pay in full or make arrangements for owner carry. All of the information including down payment, plus monthly payment amounts, plus number of payment months is listed. When I agreed to terms, the legal documents were sent to me and the numbers they presented were inflated significantly. Instead of 65 monthly payments of $1463, I was being charged 96 payments. When I questioned this, they told me that the displayed price would be amortized, basically making the payment arrangement they advertised online (on all their properties) to be false. I tried to explain that they had advertised an amount which was already amortized and that they were trying to charge me 21% interest to purchase the property because they math had already been figured on their website - but they would not budge. They continued to try to charge me $60k over asking by hiding numbers in the legal agreement. All their properties are listed this way and they are trying to scam potential land buyers out of tens of thousands of dollars. The "finance department" was never available to speak with. They were incredibly unprofessional and clearly misrepresenting their properties online. Buyer Beware!
