The letter gives you a phone number to call, but when you call it, the message immediately tells you to to call "Protection One" at another number. Then the letter throws in an important note *** Note*** It is important that you contact this department within 5 days of receipt of this notice. Next on the letter are three very well known symbols used in the banking market. 1) FDIC: I called this office and they stated they never heard of "Property Analysis Center: Colorado Springs. Next is "The "Federal Savings Bank" the person there said he was the Vice President of the Bank and the program did belong to his bank. I was asked to send a copy of the letter to him via e-mail, I tried 3 times and each time the e-mail came back as deliverable. The last symbol is the "Equal Housing Lender", I called their mail office ans was told they too have never heard of "Property Analysis City Center: Colorado Springs. The fine print at the bottom of the letter states "Offer for VA Cash Our Program only and all other offers will have have different terms. This is a third party offer from The Federal Savings Banks ans is not affiliated with your current lender or any other government agency. Verification of income, employment and home value may apply.
