Ordered product, never came. They won't answer the phone.

This company used the celebrity name of Robin Roberts and her partner. They stated that they both had breast cancer and were cured by this product. They advertised via IG and gave a website that does not work. You can only order through the IG method. Once you place a so-called legitimate order, they double your charge. When you call to cancel, they tell you it cannot be cancelled. However, if you insist because the product hasn't shipped and you ask for a Manager or Supervisor, they first try to offer you a smaller refund and when you refuse then all of a sudden, your order can be refunded. You have to be insistent or they will put your order through. Most upsetting is that, the next day, they have the nerve to charge your method of payment for an additional $59.99 and tell you the same thing, it cannot be cancelled. You will have to use the same tactic to get them to cancel the second charge as well. Others have complained about this same scam using different celebrities' like Oprah and have other celebs attest to this product. DON'T BUY THIS STUFF FROM THIS COMPANY. The product being a CBD product, will probably work for some things but curing cancer is not one of them!!! I was only getting it to ease my pain, which other CBD products actually do.
