ph# 855-814-5077 option 2 to return their call- Kim said she’s a nurse on a recorded line she said they called offered to be my patient advocate for case management for my recent claim with BCBS of SC she knew my name my address my phone and asked about my recent diagnosis??? I said what?? She said they show an oncologist claim- I said no! She said their services were of no cost to me and offered as a benefit to my BCBS of SC health insurance plan, said she needed to ask me series of questions to enroll me? I said why if you already have my info on file? She said she didn’t have my exact health records and I asked how they could help me then? She said they act as my advocate provided resources for me and would help me navigate everything?! I told her I would call them back if interested. Then I called BCBS SC to verify this was a legit benefit affiliated company I was put on hold to verify - BCBS said NO they had no knowledge of this case management company and said Pronounced Health is NOT affiliated with BCBS.
I called nurse Kim back at Pronounced Health at the 855-814-5077 and asked nurse line Kim how she got my information she said from BCBS I asked her which one there are hundreds she again said BCBS SC so I asked her company address she could NOT tell me? I told her I called BCBS and they never heard of her company and they are not affiliated - she asked who I talked to customer service, I said it does not matter. I asked again tell me how you got my info she would answer just repeated from BCBS? When I asked for her company headquarters address she would not say? I said you don’t know your company mailing address? I pressed her again then she said it was “Optum” and when I asked her the exact name and address for Optum she said nothing! She was typing away on her keyboard said she would get her supervisor to call me back? I said you don’t know your company address you don’t know your patent company address but you have my info? I asked for her supervisors name and number she said nothing but kept typing in background! I told her I am reporting your company to the ScamPulse.com and the Attorney Gen of SC and they better not EVER call me again or they will hear from my attorney, I could still hear her typing away as I hung up!
