I was looking for a dress for a party they popped up on my search, I clicked on them I loved their dresses. I ordered one it came fast even though they said all their dresses are hand made and might take a while for the dress to come in. It came in less than 7days. I opened the bag which was my first clue the hand made dress should have came in a box. I opened the bag and the dress was nothing of what I order at all the only thing that was the same was the color. I contacted them that night they gave me some BS saying their warehouse was full of dresses and they made a mistake and sent the wrong dress and then offered to pay me 10% and went as high as 30% which I said no I wanted all my money back or send the right dress. which then turned into them not giving me money so I had to contact my bank and now I'm fighting with my bank for my money back having to prove this company is a fraud
