I was contacted by a friend via a new friend request on Facebook. Thought it was odd because he was already my friend. Started chatting with me and said he had received $300 from this company. Gave me the name Giberto Thomas. He responded right away. My friend had advised I was on a list of people he saw after receiving his money. Mr. Thomas asked for some information which I supplied and confirmed my name was on the list. I could get various amounts of money by paying a specific amount, i.e: $1000 to get $100,000 or $2500 to get $300,000. I then was really suspicious. Found my friends real account and he knew nothing about receiving $300,000 and advised his Facebook account had been hacked.
