My mother ordered a Wolf puzzle for my daughter for Christmas through an online ad via Facebook. She completed it without issue and received a receipt as well as confirmation of her purchase. When we received the order it was completely the wrong item - a 1000 piece Christmas puzzle. When I contacted the company to let them know of the error. Their first response was to please send more information on the product received clear pictures tracking number etc. which I did. Their second response an apology with the explanation that their warehouse staff check the package before they send it out and an excuse about dealing with with thousands of packages every day, so they may have some mistakes. Then they offered 15% as compensation for this order and you keep the item to save your time and money. But I had the wrong item! So I told them this was not acceptable and that they needed to either send me the correct item or issue a full refund. The third time they said their company policy did not allow them to resend the order, and partially refund 20%. I said that was not acceptable as this was not the item I ordered, so then they said well for a full refund you will have to send the product back at your cost or I can have them refund us 10 US and keep the item. I wrote to them one more time stating that this was not acceptable and again stated that I either wanted the correct product or a full refund. I have heard nothing since. Upon further investigation their original website promirf.com is no longer active, also looking at their FB page https://www.facebook.com/Promirfcom-634536063842456/reviews/ there are a number of comments stating similar experiences and never receiving the product that was ordered.
