I purchased a prom dress for my daughter and They did bait and switch. Promhoney said there was nothing wrong with the dress after I told them it was the WRONG one. I asked for a full refund once I ship it back and they say no....they offered $10 which I didn't agree to. I then said I'll keep the dress If they reimburse 50%, since it was not the dress I ordered. They said no because there was not amything wrong with the dress they sent me....but it wasn't the one I ordered. This company has no customer service and dull of untruths.
