On 11/25/22, we received an order confirmation from ProlonFMD/L-Nutra. We received a portion of our order, but not all of it. On 12/15, we received word there was a “delay.” We never heard anything again. I’ve made numerous attempts to contact over email, chat and phone. Customer service is vague and unconcerned with the fact they’ve had our money for going on four (4) months without delivering.
