On October 14, 2020 I tried to purchase a monthly subscription of 7.99 from Proguides. I purchased through PayPal with it not stating the final amount I was spending on there. Along with that, it gave me an error screen after finishing the payment. I was lead to believe from their website that a 7.99 monthly subscription was possible but instead of paying monthly, they bill you annually of 95.88 with NO VISIBLE PROOF that you're paying that amount until it is taken out of your account. This website is using diversionary tactics to trick people into spending way more money than they have or intend to. They DO NOT provide a monthly subscription AT ALL and they do not state this anywhere either. I tried contacting them through email and live support and both representatives stated that they CANNOT refund me fully but was trying to compensation me through their "online points". This company will NOT fully refund you and will trick you into believing you're purchasing something entirely different than what they charge for.

This website offers online gaming coaching, however, it does not offer any refunds for purchasers. The customer support will instead provide any customer with an additional offer of their bonus "points" as compensation for their incapability of refunding. Their service page looks very misleading, making you think that purchasing their subscription is billed monthly, but instead, it is billed annually. They also do not have a monthly subscription purchase option.
