Credit repair is not a legitimate service. You can do it for free, without legal representation or extensive legal knowledge. You're entitled to a free and accurate credit report by law. The "letters" they send are nothing more than 2-3 sentences of auto-generated response on letterhead.
It's a scam and a hotswap trap. They get you on the phone thru a partner and when you don't qualify for a house, car, loan, etc. they sell you on "credit repair" a bogus service that'll cost you $30-$120 a month. With NO GUARANTEE of results.
