This company claimed a payment was due to a hospital and wanted to have my birth date verified before detailing client who was trying to collect the past due "bill." No bill from the company was received so no birth date was provided and when speaking on the phone, the individual from the PMS

was informed that until a bill was received from their client, no money would be sent.

A week later a "bill" was sent which had no details on it...just "Professional Charge" and the address from the client was non existent.
