I received an "invoice" from Progressive Health Diagnostics, LLC (which at the bottom reads "This is an attempt to collect a debt, and any information obtained will be used for that purpose." This invoice was for alleged medical testing. I thought it was relevant as I had just had allergy testing performed and it was close to the same amount, but I called the allergy clinic and they said they had not invoiced yet, so it had to be another provider. So I called the company and asked what this was in reference to. They informed me that it was for testing performed in 2016 (about three years ago) from a Dr, whom I had never heard of. They could not give me anything on the doctor other than a "US National ID Provider ID#, and after I told them I was not prepared to pay, they mentioned that it was "negotiable."

Noting that there is NO website, NO rating on BBB, and no "Dr. Abaid" in my area of the country, I am assuming this is a mail fraud scam and refuse to pay it. I just wanted to alert others who may have experienced any similar "invoices" from this company.
