I ordered a mobility scooter for my husband in May, 2021. We were originally told it would arrive in a few weeks. After countless phone calls (25+) , and being told it is on back order and no tracking available yet, our scooter never arrived. On Nov 29, 2021, we decided to cancel the order and get a refund to our original credit card used for payment. Progress Mobility said due to some kind of credit card company issue, they could not refund us to our credit card on any purchases made before August of 2021. I requested a check sent, and they said their company could not do that but could send money through my bank. I was definitely not comfortable giving this company my banking numbers. So the next option was to attempt to get a different model scooter. Gregory from Progress mobility helped me find another model and said these models were shipping quickly and we should have tracking or delivery by Jan/ beginning of Feb, 2022. We have yet to see either. I have tried to call Progress Mobility about 6x since last week (Feb 14-21, 2022) and attempted sending email. Their calls go to voicemail and no one returns emails or calls. Bottom line... we are out $1235 for what we paid for the original scooter and to add to this, we had a grant company pay for a few hundred of it also, therefore that grant company has been scammed too. No product, no refund, and now as of 4-20-2022, there phone line just has an automated message saying to email them. And I have emailed them twice since 4-8/2022 and no response.
