November 27 I applied for a loan through online it was low interest compared to the bank,the next day I received a email and phone call from this financial company(progress financial service from ottawa) stated that I was been approved for a loan for 10,000 dollars this lady one of the representative talk to me about the terms and conditions about the loan she asked me to send money to them 2200 dollars for security fund which is I did, at the same day a guy name *** *** phone me and asked me again for another 1000 dollars before they're going to release my loan he says I need to send more money because of my credit report its not that good and I got really low credit score I trust him so I give them again for another 1000 dollars he said tomorrow that loan going to my account but someone phone me by the name of *** *** his the in charge of finance releasing department he ask me more money but I refused his harassing me yelling at me he said if I dont give another 1200 dollars no loans going to my account so I asked him to refund my money but he said i need to pay 900 dollars for cancellation until now no refund happen yet
