Profrenchiehome Reports & Reviews (1)

- San Antonio, TX, USA

In June 2021 we contacted Profrenchiehome as they were offering French bulldogs for $800. When it came time to pay, they sent us information to pay for Zelle, which did not work. We were then told to pay via Am Ex gift card. After payment, they required another $500 in neutering and vet fees. After we payed the website was suspended. We were then given a tracking number for delivery though Logistic Worldwide Delivery, Inc (LWD), which had a website which appeared to be legitimate. LWD then sent us an email stating that new regulations required the puppy be sent in an air conditioned kennel requiring a deposit of $1500. On the day of delivery LWD sent us another message requiring $2000 for a CITES permit for transporting the dog. Neither the scanned PDF message they sent, nor their website had a phone number or address for which to contact them. It seemed odd they (who "likely" has made such shipments in the past) would suddenly realize these issues existed. I checked Texas law. per Texas Administrative Code, Title 25, Part 1, Chapter 169, Subchapter A there does not seem to be a requirement for such a permit.
