I was buying a French bulldog from Puppy Hope... which also turned out to be a scam... when on the day the breeder was going to ship the pup ProFly first stated everything was fine, then came back with a new email stating that I would need to pay $1080 for insurance in CASH or a bank transfer to ship her. I could pay when she was delivered and the money was refundable... why would I need to pay them money to insure my puppy when they are handing the puppy over to me? They never could answer that question and everything is signed “Management.” All they kept sending me was emails insisting I send them $1080 in cash... I asked if I was supposed to drive the 2,000 miles to deliver it... or I would not get my puppy... in the end... I did not get the puppy that probably doesn’t exist at Puppy Hope.
