I was contacted by a company called "Signature Duct Cleaning" to have my ducts clean after discussion sounded legit and booked apt. When the company arrived my husband states that the Man name Kahn reported the flat price given to us but should have the furnace clean also for an additional $150. My husband agreed to this, after service the man followed my husband to the bank to get the rest of the money. After then gentleman left my husband to notice the business card and receipt had the different business names "Professional duct cleaning and home care" Also later in the day, we notice a puddle of water under our furnace and the air conditioner freezing upon us. After we attempted to contact the people online and text we found that they were blocking our messages and number and have not been able to reach them since. We did file a police reports and ended up having to have have our system fixed.
