Was going to order 2 bottles of gummies on Youtube like Kelly Clarkson takes. Checked box for 2 bottles of gummies and free shipping. I put in my card and was to see price and review order. It suddenly disappeared. I called my bank's fraud dept and cancelled the transaction. However this scamner still processed $239.00 on my credit card, name Serene sapli gssanctuary? Not even name of gummies. 2 days later received 4 bottles of product not like advertised. I have called all the different names addresses and only got operators taking calls for third party sellers. They did not have my information, order, name.. anything. I was scammed.

They use fake pictures and send you a faulty product in the mail, a product that are almost an 100% clone but they couldn’t fool me because I know what the sm7b microphones look like. They have sold to many others as well in hopes to make a quick dollar.

The size of the item that was sent is a very small container is not the same size as the advertisement at the time of my purchase. The next day of receiving the product I contacted the Lilaclivia through the email provided by the company for customer support to request a return ticket according with their return policies. The company is refusing to provide a return ticket. I have sent many emails to Lilaclivia requesting contact information and name of the individual who answered my emails and the company keeps refusing to provide the requested information. I was charged the amount of $27.43USD when it was supposed to be $21.94USD. I was deceived by the mislead false advertise of this company and now they do not want to resolve this issue.

I saw an advertisement for a "post Christmas" sale on outdoor light displays, so I clicked the ad and it took me to Embroideryn.com. I selected an item titled, "Warm White LED Holy Family Yard Decoration" and read the reviews. All of the reviews were positive, and the pictures looked like they were of people's personal property, so I assumed it was legitimate. What was displayed in the description, pictures, and reviews, was a medium sized LIGHT DISPLAY to be placed in the front yard. The description read "JESUS NATIVITY SCENE: This pre-lit nativity set will brighten up your Garden decor by creating an attractive focal point in your yard or porch." So, I submitted the order. A few days ago, I received a 12 inch metal yard sign with stakes in the bottom of it to be placed in the front yard. This does not match the TITLE of the product, let alone the description. There are no LED lights; there are no lights at all. It is just a metal decoration...that I paid $44 for. So, I reached out to customer service to report the issue and they asked me to send a picture. So, I sent it, but they are saying that is the correct product even though it does not match the product title, description, photos, etc. AT ALL. They are also refusing to give me a refund or let me return it. They offered me $6 for my "trouble," but that's it.

Of course I would like my money back, but this is more so about making sure this company does not take advantage of other families. They need to be stopped!
