I purchased a top from Bright Rise Co called Race and Chase. This arrived in a box called Ball Game. This item is advertised as being taller than a one-year-old, it is approximately 12" in height. It was to come with plastic balls, it came with marbles. This website claims that you have a 90-Day Guarantee for full refund. When I requested this refund within less than 12 hours of receiving this item, I was given two choices - 1. take a "cash card" for the amount to only be used on their website or 2. I can send it back to their warehouse in China and after they determine the toy was returned to their satisfaction, will I be given the full refund, less what it cost me to return the item.

Bright Rise Co's website claims to be an early childhood development company. Not sure when marbles became a safe "toy" for children of early development age. I have placed this purchase in dispute with my financial institution and submitted complaints with the FTC, the Attorney General's Office of Wyoming and Instagram. I came across an article in the Sheridan Press, Sheridan, Wyoming regarding multiple scam businesses at 30 N. Gould Street, Sheridan, WY.

I hope that you can use this information to help educate others regarding Bright Rise Co. It would be awesome if you could shut them down.
