I live in Canada and I ordered a dietary product advertised on ***. It was a trial period that involved me only paying the shipping to receive the product. In their terms and conditions stated on their website is says:

"We want you to try the Product to determine if it is right for you. When you submit your order, you will receive the Product, subject to a 14-day trial use period, and you will be automatically billed as a subscribing customer unless you cancel. Your 14-day trial use period begins from the date of purchase. If you do not cancel your Subscription by the end of the 14-day trial use period, you will be charged the full retail purchase of the Product and will continue to receive it every month until you cancel. Please see the Cancellation and refunds section below for more details.

When placing an order, you will receive a payment confirmation email and a shipping confirmation email. Please note that if you do not see these in your inbox you may need to check your spam or filter to make sure you aren't overlooking it.

As consideration for each 30-day supply, we will charge you the purchase price of $119.95 for the Product and offer you free shipping and handling after the initial trial period. The Shipping & Handling fee will be $4.95 for the entire Product we send to you, unless we apply a discount, which will be shown in your online shopping basket before you pay for the Subscription. We will charge you those fees as follows:

I have not even received my trail sample to see if the product "is right for me" and they have already auto-billed me for my next 30 days. When I called their customer service line the agent would not give me their name and said that she did care that I did not receive or tried my trial sample and that she would not refund my money and when I requested to speak to her supervisor she denied me and said that she would not let me talk to her.

In their Cancellations and Refunds section #2 it states: You may cancel an order at any time before we dispatch the Products.

This agent never gave me the opportunity to discuss these options due to her telling me a refund was not an option.

Please I need your help resolving this issue. What should I do next?
