They seemed legit as it got started. They had me inspecting packages that were being shipped to either companies or people. they would set up the label for you, all you had to do was print it out. Sometimes they would send me to well known stores such as Home Depot to pick up items to send out. They paid a lot of money into supplies for me. No money came out of pocket. I did it for about a month and they said it was a probationary period and that I would get paid when the month was up. All of sudden there phone lines don’t work and nobody is replying to my emails. They do owe me over $3,000. I just don’t understand why they would waist their time and money on me for what? They didn’t have much information about me only name, phone number, and email. Just such a disappointment and waist of time when I could have been looking for another job this whole 30 days.

Around the beginning of March I was applying for several jobs through Indeed, this being one of them. A few days later I received an email from Christina Hall who was my training manager. We set up an over the phone interview that went well and that same day March 4, 2019 I was offered an employment contract and soon after I started working officially. My job title was Customer Service and Client Satisfaction Inspector. Duties included receiving customer product packages, inspection of the products, taking photos of the products, filling out paperwork, and shipping packages back out. Everything was going good in my eyes. What makes it fishy is that the first 31 days or employment I was under a probationary period which was understood on my part. During this period the employees performance is monitored to ensure the work is being done correctly. You don’t get paid until the probationary period is over but you get all the money earned from during that period. I received, processed, and shipped about 40 packages it was nearing the end of my probationary period and on day 30th of employment April 4th, 2019 my login credentials for the panel website stopped working, Christina Hall’s phone number wasn’t accessible, and she wasn’t returning anyway of my emails. If I was doing the work bad and they didn’t want to keep me that’s one thing but for it to happen how it did and when it did, a day before my probationary period was over makes me question.

I have been working for a company called ProDesk, as a quality inspector. They have a business account with you guys, but the job I am doing seems to be a scam. I receive packages, inspect them and ship them off through fedex or UPS. They haven't asked for my bank information yet, but I didn't give them a picture of my driver's license to work. It seems like a scam, and I have been looking online and I am seeing evidence that it possibly is. It's site and panel for work seems legit, but I am still worried.

I applied for a position on indeed.com For a inspector position at pro desk A few days later on 3/8/19 I received a missed call and text from them on 3/11/19 we had made contact They sent me A employee Contract to accept the job I returned the contract along with a picture of my photo ID After that I was told my personal manager would be in contact Later Christina Hall contacted me by phone and email to give me more details on the position and to let me know I was set up in their system On 3 /13/19 I was given the task to pick up a package at Opry Mills Hollister in Nashville Tennessee In name of Lee Carlisle When picking up the package It was in my name After speaking with Hollister they said the package was ordered in my name and in place for store pick up And that's all the information they could give me After putting in the system I had received the package they then forward me a shipping label To be sent to Egor Bagdasarov 600 markley street suite 099415 Port Reading New Jersey massachuset's 07064 (352)246-5241 I called the number on the shipping lable there was no answer but the name on the voicemail does not match the name on the package I researched the address I was getting information on there being fraudulent activity there Specifically dealing with packages and it being vacant I'm still in possession of the package and don't plan on sending or disposing of it but unsure what to do with it or future packages that may be sent I have kept all contact with the company

this is a job is receives and returns packages. i researched this company throughly, and couldn't find a single thing about this company, even though they claimed to be open for over 12 years. their website looks so legit, it almost fooled me. i decided to google "business photos" because it was strange that a company opened for this long, didn't have any authentic photos with their logo on it. when i asked the costumer support about the legitimacy of the company, she simply said to just read the website. and when i questioned her more, she told me i was being so ridiculous. since i called her out on some of the suspicious things i found, i have not been in contact with anyone since. thank goodness i did my research. i did question myself to why this would be a scam. so simply pick up, receive items and return them. i found that some people smuggle illegal things around in those packages. i also thought to myself, i'm a 25 year old female. when i go pick up these items, these people know exactly where i'll be at that day. they know because they give you "bonuses" if you complete the task on the same day. so scary. be careful. if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.
