a popup indicated that my computer was compromise. I would loose everything unless I contacted procom. they sold me $1000.00 in security software and 8 year contract. The fact was that my computer was not compromised. When I called, they promised a refund. When the tech called back, he said we would still be charged $500.00 for the tech's work, even though I was informed that there was a $180.00 for the two hours of work in the initial billing. This outfit is completely unethical, aggressive and liars.
