my cell phone never rang and there was no missed call, however a voicemail was left from 985-241-8850 saying : this is Kyla from Processing and my pre-approval for the hardship program came back for up to $55.000. to call back 877-270-**** I did not call back so I don't know if they would have requested money or personal info.

Collecting for payday loans settlement before court and can’t give you information before court. More than 5 years old.and I have my receipt where I paid my debt from 5 years ago where I settled but I keep getting calls from different people about a loan I didn’t pay when I know I paid it.

Caller said i owed money for a payday loan in 2013. Said it was 3000 dollar's i owed and Will settle with me for 700 dollars. They claim i provided bad account numbers. They said can not give any paperwork to me until i pay this theni will reveive a letter by e-mail.

says they have court documents - called my brother whom does not even have my last name and left a message for me and called my mother in laws cell phone and left a message for me. I called them and they said they were legal court docs and I told them I was reporting them to ScamPulse.com and they hung up. However they called 3 times after that today.

Several ppl I know and Family have been called this am stating I need to call 855-410-0313 urgently due to several matters I called and spoke with Melissa Rawlings or Rollins not sure which spelling gave me a case number of VP164165 and states I need to give her my SS# I told her I was advised in previous SCAM from SSI and other govt agency NOT TO GIVE MY SS# over phone she would not give me any other info except if I DO NOT give her MY SS# that I will have big problems and she can not help me; asked seveal times why I have not yet received any info in mail and was told about what ever these CLAIMS ARE. she states I DID recieve something and I am ignoring it. I have not recieved anything.
