A woman named Jordan contacted my cell phone and left a message requesting to be contacted at 855-410-7282 ext. 206. She requested I reference a case number. I contacted Jordan back and she advised she was with the Processing and Release Division. She stated that 2 complaints had been filed against my name and social security number regarding an online payday loan for $430. One complaint for breech of contract and the other for intent to defraud. I asked when was the loan taken she advised that she did not have that information but the loan was charged off in 2012. She stated since the statue of limitation was almost up that the lender WTJ Capitol Lender were going to pursue me personally. She stated that the information listed was an address a had not lived in since 2010, an email address that was hacked years ago and she provided bank information for a chase account that was closed when my bank card and checks were stolen. I asked her for the address of their location and she refused to provide that information. I advised that I would do my research and give her a call back. Jordan then stated that if I refused to provide an updated address that WTJ was move forward with their lawsuit. She requested a confirm an address she located on a skip search for them to send legal documents. She advised that if I did not pay the $430 today then I would be responsible for paying $430 for the loan (that I did not take out), as well as $589 for court fees and $105 for same day delivery of documents. I confirmed the address she named and told her to send documents to a relatives address. After searching the BBB for Processing and Release Division as well as WTJ Capital Lender and came up with no results I called Jordan back and advised her that the business name she provided did not exist. She then stated that they do not provide their business address or location. She refused to provide contact information for WTJ Capitol Lender as well.
