This scammer contacted me indicating they (Process Server Dispatch) had a summons. They left a message with return number. I called and the call was answered by Lexington Law. He had an old last name and last four of SS. He told me it was an old debt to a creditor and I advised him I did not know the creditor. I decided this was a fake call and ended it. I called back asking for info and he refused - saying “you will find out when you are served.” I told him “see your [censored] in court!. Obviously, I did not give the guy money but I will be watching my account closely...just Incase.
