call came in as "no caller ID", was told that they are a process server with Lake County Courts and have a summons for my husband. he is to call them back at 877-255-4926 for Cast # DA-131780. pushed for more information, he stated he was a process server with Lake county courts and his name is Wayne Allen and that he would be at our home in the morning to serve my husband with court documents.

went to lake county courts web site, there are NO actions pending my husband and there are NO court documents that have a "DA-131780". this is all FAKE. did a search on the phone number came back listed as "scam". if this was an elderly person they would have fallen for it as they do sound very official.
