The scammer asked me if I was going to be home between 4-5pm (she knew my address). When I asked who and what was this in regard to, she said, Process Server Dispatch in Atlantic County and that I had to sign papers regarding a lawsuit but couldn't give me any further information. She gave me a number to call 1877-270-3139 and a case #. When I called the number, a male answered and requested a case #. He kept me on hold for a while, and then I spoke to another male who became irate and threatening about money I owed. He knew personal info from over 9 years ago and demanded $3,800, when I refused he said that once I sign "papers" I will be in court and sued for $10,000. The caller ID name: Ryen Goldsmith. I've researched both numbers and names and there is no legitimate businesses.
