purchased what was assumed to be a one time purchase from a facebook ad. Ad seemed legit, was secure ap, said 30 day money back guarantee, not a subscription. Recieved package shortly after ordering, of all 6 bottles, for what I thought was $39.95, credit card was charged $199.98 in May 2023. June comes and I received another package of the ACV gummies, which I did not order, and sure enough another charge for $199.98 on my card. Nothing in the package had any sort of return label or a customer service number to contact to return or cancel or inquire. I scoured the internet looking for something, found a number; however, it was a disconnected number. Finally decided to dispute the charge on my card and in the meantime, another charge for July was put on my card, and i once again disputed the charge. I did finally get a response in an email from Pro burn brands that they refunded my July charge to my credit card, and they have. But what a rip off...if you aren't paying attention, this is an unwanted subscription.

THIS IS A SCAM!!!!

I was on an online ad of theirs for a bottle of keto gummies for $39.99. I put in credit card info, but before clicking order, I decided to check reviews. So many scam reports. So I just left the site. Two days ago I re eived 5 bottles of 30 gummies that I didn't order. My credit card was charged $199.88. I called their customer service number, was on for 40 minutes demanding a refund and never got them to commit. I am starting a dispute with credit card company and I have reported them to authorities.

Found ad on Facebook for the keto gummies. The ad claimed I would get 5 bottles for 39.99. My account was charged 199. I called the number provided in email confirmation. The lady told me that she would not refund my money. I then noticed after the call that my bank account was charged again for 69 dollars. I have had to cancel my bank card and don't know if I will be able to get back all my money.

Saw an add online that I questioned if it was too good to be true ... lesson learned!! Went to claim the sale price of $30, however I thought it was weird I didn't see a final total to confirm, once at checkout. The item WENT THROUGH, right away!! I checked my bank account and $199.88 was taken out IMMEDIATELY... I checked my email I received, no contact information and when i finally found someone to call, the first time the guy told me he'd refund me $60 at most and then hung up after waiting on hold for 20mins while he talked to "his higher". I called back again after being hung up on, only to speak to someone else who was acting shady... said my package was already sent out so i cant get a full refund (I litterally just placed order 20mins prior mind you) and he said the most he could do is refund $100 and "Id take that if i were you." I said fine whatever after arguing 20 more minutes... he kept asking if it was a debit or credit card, which i kept asking WHY it mattered, just reverse the charge!! Now 3hrs later i go on to my bank account and the SAME company (alburquerqueNM) charged another $59.99 from my account. WTH!!!!!

Blocked my bank card now and only time will tell how this dispute will end.... and I doubt there is any product "on the way"

They are krooks! when I emailed and also called, they said they can not refund me because the product had already shipped. WHICH was a lie, and they also said I agreed to the clause that they will change close to 300.00$ and refused to refund.
