This company takes your money and sends you a confirmation along with a tracking number using their service TrakPak. The Trakpak taking ID links to a dummy USPS tracking number that simply states, "Arrived Shipping Partner Facility, USPS Awaiting Item SECAUCUS, NJ 07094 DHL ECOMMERCE". This USPS tracking never updates and no product ever gets delivered. When you complain as I did, they suddenly generated a TrakPak tracking history that says your product was delivered on the same day that USPS says it arrived in SECAUCUS, NJ waiting processing - a complete impossibility and outright lie. This new tracking doesn't even mention SECAUCUS, NJ. They also send you an automated apology when you complain stating that they are looking it to it and will investigate. That never happens. There is no way to take your complaint any further. Search online for this website and you will find many people complain about this specific activity as well as other complaints that are criminal.
