Requested genetic test. Was sent sample kit. Submitted sample. Days later was told that they could not sequence DNA from that sample. They sent me another test kit. I was very cautious collecting the second sample. Submitted it. Days later I was told that they once again could not sequence my DNA. Now they sent me a third test. I've called numerous times over the pass several weeks and have not spoken to an individual. I get very vague emails in return.
