The calls are made from offshore with South Asian accent and name of the company used is "Pro Vent Duct Cleaning" or "Home Duct Cleaning". They will send untrained staff which are not aware of the mechanics of furnace and other equipment. They can seriously damage your equipment and will not respond, answer your calls and in case you try from different number then after briefly talking to you the moment they realize they will hang up on you.

They are not professionals, hire untrained staff(sometimes students) and can seriously damage your equipment and the services too will not be near to professional.
