I ORDERED THE BUY 5 GET 1 FREE PACKAGE BACK IN APRIL OF 2020, PAID THE $345.00 ON MY CREDIT CARD AND WAITED FOR THE PACKAGE TO BE DELIVERED. I CALLED THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE LINE 5 TIMES, COULD NOT SPEAK TO ANYONE AND LEFT 5 VOICE-MAILS. THEY NEVER CONTACTED ME. ON 5/21/2020 - A MONTH AFTER PLACING MY ORDER - I CALLED THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE LINE A SIXTH TIME AND THE NUMBER HAD BEEN "DISCONNECTED". I CALLED MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY AND PAYPAL - WHO THE MERCHANT USED TO CHARGE MY CREDIT CARD - AND FILED COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTED THE CHARGE. MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY INITIALLY GAVE ME A FULL CREDIT OF THE $345.00 CHARGE BUT A MONTH LATER AFTER PRO-THERMS HAD SUPPOSEDLY PROVEN TO MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY THAT A PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED TO "MIAMI, FL" - NO SPECIFIC ADDRESS GIVEN - THEY RECHARGED MY CREDIT CARD AND CLOSED THEIR DISPUTED CASE. PAYPAL ONLY SUGGESTED THAT I FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE INTERNET CRIME COMPLAINT CENTER WHICH I DID. I WAS FINALLY ABLE TO CONTACT PRO-THERMS VIA THE INTERNET AND THEY OFFERED ME A 30% REFUND BUT SENT ME A USPS TRACKING NUMBER AND STATEMENT SUPPOSEDLY PROVING DELIVERY ON 5/18/2020. PRO-THERMS STATED THAT THE ONLY WAY TO OBTAIN A FULL REFUND WAS TO FILE A CLAIM WITH THE USPS WHERE THEY COULD GET THE MONEY FROM USPS. I FILED A CLAIM WITH THE USPS, WHO CONTACTED ME VIA TELEPHONE AND ASKED ME TO ACTUALLY TRACK THE TRACKING NUMBER THAT PRO-THERMS HAD GIVEN TO ME TO SUPPOSEDLY PROVE DELIVERY OF THEIR PACKAGE TO ME. I DID SO WHILE ON THE TELEPHONE WITH A USPS MANAGER AND THE TRACKING STATUS WAS "USPS CURRENTLY AWAITING PACKAGE". THE USPS HAD NEVER RECEIVED THE PACKAGE FROM PRO-THERMS TO DELIVER TO ME. WHEN I CONFRONTED PRO-THERMS WITH THIS INFORMATION, THEY OFFERED ME A 40% REFUND, THEN A WEEK LATER A 50% REFUND. I CONTACTED MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY AND REOPENED THE CLOSED DISPUTE CASE BY SUPPLYING THEM WITH THE PROOF FROM THE USPS THAT THEY NEVER RECEIVED THE PACKAGE FROM PRO-THERMS AND THANKFULLY MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY GAVE ME A FULL "FINAL" CREDIT IN THE AMOUNT OF $345.00. THE ONLY REASON I GAVE PRO-THERMS A 1 STAR WAS THAT WITHOUT DOING SO THIS SITE WOULD NOT LET ME LEAVE A REVIEW. PRO-THERMS IS A TOTAL SCAM. I WOULD SUGGEST THAT NOBODY EVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

Ordered Oximeters in April. Similar to other reports, received tracking number that indicated shipment quite some time ago but repeated emails to support were ignored. No response. Link to "view order" is no longer valid. Have filed dispute with PayPal.

I ordered two products over a month ago. They provided a bogus tracking number. I have asked for a refund five times. Each time, they send the tracking info saying it has shipped. Yesterday I filed a complaint with PayPal. Pro-Therm sent a different tracking form that notes the product shipped from China on 5/26/2020 so they can not refund the order. In one email they offered 20% refund because “I was not happy with my products”. That statement confirmed they don’t read the emails because every email I sent clearly stated the products did not arrive.

They are a scam company. I am a senior citizen and they trying to force me to buy their product when I notified them to cancel order because it was taking so long. I had to report a dispute to my credit card company. They are ruthless. They need to be reported to the Attorney General and the US Consumer Affairs Department. People need to be alerted about this horrible company.

I found an ad for this company promoting infrared thermometers on NBC15.com. I am a ScamPulse.com employee so I figured with the low price and high volume of complaints regarding infrared thermometers in general that it was most likely fake. I did not purchase, rather looked at the website. There are numerous spelling and grammatical errors on the site, low prices, no company address or phone number, and the website was created 3/25/20. Very ripe to be a fake website either collecting consumer personal information and never delivering the product, or delivering counterfeit products.
