Slawko Hawryluk aka Chris Hawryluk operates a business, Pro Pruners, name of company changes frequently and is not licensed by the City or recognize by the CRA. He will approach individuals and businesses and map out a project. He will ask for a deposit to purchase supplies to start the job right away. Once he has the money he starts making excuses as to why he can't make it...ie. weather, doctors appointments etc. The excuses keep going until he can no longer justify not showing up to do the work. That is when he stops answering calls.

His flyer advertises 30 years of experience, his court records of scamming people also date back 30 years.
