I attempted to cancel the $379 renewal fee ( see the pic) and after 1 hour and 15 minutes, he asked me to send the money from his bank ($380) to my bank account. The $380 changed to $3,800 and he accused me of trying to rob him. I hung up and contacted my bank and shut everything down. The $3,800 did not transfer but they did manage to move $3,000 from my savings to my checking account. I thought this was legit because I hired them to protect my computers 3 years ago. Was I scammed then? Don’t know.

He changed my computer’s password and I am now locked out of my computer. I have lost all information on my computer and everything on it is now compromised?
