Scam

Sounds legit at first but once they ask for my account # and S.S. number over the phone, I decided to put them on hold and Google the company. The results that came back from the BBB solidified my suspicions that this was a scam.

Pro Doc Solution Scam

I recently received two emails claiming to offer immediate student loan forgiveness for balances over $3,000. When I called the provided number, I spoke to an agent named Misty and another person named Ashley. Concerned about the recent rejection of Biden Administration's student loan forgiveness plan, I asked if this was a scam. Misty reassured me that it was not Biden's one-time forgiveness plan, but rather a hardship forgiveness plan. However, the call abruptly ended after her response.

They claimed to be a third party for student loan forgiveness program and ask for your social security number and credit card number over the phone. They also generated an agreement that looks non professional nor does it look like a government funding agreement. When I called them this morning to let them know they were a scam and that I reported them to the social security fraud admin, they hung up on me.
