I have a fraudulent charge on my Capital One credit card from "PRO BUILDERS LLC" for $61.53, from December 13, 2020. I found this business name in SUNBIZ.ORG, as an LLC that was created in 02/2020, with the agent listed as Denis Tagirs. The address listed for two of his LLCs is 9008 Banyan Beach Dr., Panama City Beach, FL, and it is AN EMPTY LOT. I live in Panama City Beach. There is no phone number, no email, no website, no products, no goods or services associated with this LLC. I found Denis Tagirs on Facebook. He is from Moldova. He has opened 4 LLCs since 2013. This one is active. I reported this fraudulent charge to Capital One; they did their "investigation," and found this charge to be 'a legitimate transaction.' I now have to send an official Form Letter to Capital One in Utah to dispute this transaction a second time. I have no idea how my credit card was breeched for this amount.
