Too good to be true

My husband is a cop and ran the number, it wasn't registered. They claimed they were in Texas though when searching for Belgian in Ohio they came up but they aren't in Ohio according to whoever text me.

The website seems very legit, and they were very responsive with the email. The first hint that they were a scammer was after I sent the money for the dog they said they didn’t receive it. After a day they said they finally worked it out with their bank and got a company to ship out my dog. That’s when it became obvious. The “shipping company” said they couldn’t ship the dog in its original way and we need to upgrade to a air conditioned/heated cage. You could either buy the kennel for $1600 or rent it for $1200 and 98% is refundable. And the way you pay is through Zelle to some dude. I looked up legit shipping sites and you can rent for $30. I also googled the company which didn’t exist, and the email which had literally been reported as a scam before. Buyers beware!

I was just looking at their pups. Did you ever get this resolved? From where I am located, it is showing that I could drive 10 min down the road to pick up my pup here in Ohio. Did it show the same location for you?
