He ( Monroe Frea) congratulated me on winning a prize of $5,000,000.00. The first few times I

laughed hung up and thought I had blocked his number and deleted it. He called several more times. I am afraid he wore me down and I asked questions. He said that not only had I won 5 million dollars, but I had also won a luxury car (make and model I don't remember). He said we needed to get this settled I told him I didn't believe him and he got a little peeved off and asked if I was refusing the awarding of the prize and I said yes that is what I was doing he asked if I wanted to allow the 5 million dollars to go to someone else and I told him yes to give it to someone else and hung up. I am sure I blocked that number and deleted it. He has called every day and today I spoke to him. He wants me to buy a $500 moneypak card at Walgreens to give to him when he comes to deliver "my" car and the money. I played along this time because he tipped his hand when he asked for the moneypak card.i shall go and block his number and delete it.

They called from two different numbers stating that I would receive something in the mail and he told me to go buy an Apple gift and have it activated and I am to give him a activation number.  Then by tonight I was going to receive a package that had money in it and gift.  This person was calling from Florida.

I keep messages saying that I have prize winnings and I know that they are a scam. I don't answer them.

Two Scams:

1) Send $600.00 to get $5,000.00 back. I sent 600 by Western Union to Jamaica to Alessanoro Williams . Western Union gave money back. They stated they were part of the BBB.

.

2) Received a call from Devon Westin 303-954-4882 who works for customer service protection fraud with Western Union Mr. Westin said my name was attached to a Vegas sweepstakes of $450,000.00, which I had won. Mr. Westin told me I needed to send him $750.00 for insurance in order for me to get the $450,000.00. Send money thru money gram. I sent $500.00 to Jesus Dominguez by money gram. I called Mr. Westin 5 minutes ago and was told Mr. Westin was in a meeting. Mr. Westin gave me information for Frank Marcelli that works with customs. Once I paid the $500.00 he would be at my house to take me to the bank himself with a refund check of $500.00 and a check for 450,000.00.

The "Man" called said hello and asked if I could hear him clearly, I responded, "umm-hmm" and then he went on to describe how I won a trip to Disney land at which point I hung up. I never got what company he was from. After listening to it for a second it appeared to be a very cleverly disguised recording. I was suspicious and looked it up and found that this is a type of scam. I didn't give the call long enough to establish whether or not he was going to ask for information or money.

Called on phone stating I have won 5 million and a new car. Asked if I preferred if I wanted this to be public or private. Need to put a check for 6,500 in my bank account to cover processing. They will deliver money and car today. Called from Kingston, JM
