The guy hit me up on Instagram and I asked about the "shoes" he had for sale. I sent him $400 and then he asked for $50 for "shipping". I sent that, and then he sent me a "tracking number". I looked up the shipment and it was "on hold". Then they asked for $325 to insure the package before they would ship it. I didn't send the money - at this time, realizing it was a scam.
