This individual Omar will solicit your car for sale adds and request you do a car fax from usavincheck.org which is a scam site you pay Omar gets paid but he never buys.

I came across a 2011 Chevy Tahoe on offered up, I was asked to send my email, and that they would send me more info on the vehicle. The sellers name was Ann Scott from San Antonio Tx. She told me that she lost her son in a car accident to a drunk driver, and that the vehicle belonged to her son, and it brings bad memories. I received an email with an invoice from EBay since it was going to be through the buyer protection plan, and I also got a phone call from someone suppose to be from EBay. I sent the money from my bank. I never received the vehicle or I was able to receive my money back. I made a police report, but no one has been able to help me.

323-365-8257 calls multiple times claiming IRS is filing lawsuit against me and to call immediately to their office. I knew it was a scam and did not call them back. They called my cell so I did let it go to voice mail so had it on record.
