I was contacted by someone claiming to be with "compare-health-quotes" to set up a phone meeting. When I followed through I spoke with someone named Taylor who claimed to be an agent who could search healthcare and find me the best service. The insurance company he claimed to sign me up with was called Private Healthcare Services. I was charged for accident, hospital, and dental insurance. The initial insurance card I received also showed the name Vital Care Elite. In my benefits portal the services were titles "accute 10000" "vibrant select" and "healthy steps 75" the benefits portal says that it is powered by Blackhawk Claims Services. Plan information includes names like Salvasen Health and National Association of Preferred Providers. When I gave my insurance information to my dentist the company repeatedly dodged calls and could not give any information on coverage. My dentist attempted to send my insurance through anyway and confirmed that the company isn't real insurance.
