This scam was from a grandson to a grandfather. Says he's been involved in a wreck and the police thought he had been on his cell phone so he was arrested and currently in jail. He has an attorney, David Miller, that supposedly is a friend of his, Jacob's dad, that will get him out of jail for $4,000. He says that the grandfather needs to go to Target and purchase two $2,000 gift cards immediately to send to him and not to tell the store what they are being used for.

They have been calling back to see if the gift cards have been sent.
