I ordered a privacy pop bed tent directly from their website on 11/27/21, paid for through Affirm, and one in November paid with my bank card. After two weeks, I emailed, waited for response and never got one. then I tried calling, and the phone number on the website is disconnected. It's 3 weeks later I have not gotten a response, nor have I received the product. There is no further way to contact them, cancel the order, or get your money back through them. CALL YOUR BANK! Report the fraud. Cancel your card and get a new card with a new number. They also had something I HAD to link to in order to see the status of my order called "Shop" this is also a fraud! It somehow got permission to see everything, including my emails, but everything on my Google account just from me checking the delivery status through the original website, maybe more information I don't even know about yet. If you are a fellow reporter, or customer, that also got scammed please check your computer, phone, etc for this "app" and delete it, and remove all the permissions it gave itself! Get a new bank card, report to your bank, do a virus check, and check all your privacy settings. Whom ever is responsible for this is a horrible human. They also have the online payment company "Affirm" working with them which makes it appear legitimate because Affirm is legitimate. I also called them, filed a claim and told them to immediately stop offering their services for this company and customer service rep said she was sending on my claim and my report and they'd get back to me.
