I placed an order on January 9th that hasn't shipped yet, which was fine when their customer service was updating me. However now it's crickets. I've sent 4 emails, reached out to the owner on all social media platforms and tried calling.

No response whatsoever...

I want my order more than anything but I'm starting to look at doing a charge back as I can't even get in contact with someone to issue a refund.
