In which they replied with two emails :"Hello, thank you for yout patience. We apologize that your order is taking longer usual. We're working on getting it shipped out to you as soon as possible. Thanks again. Regards, prismpods,Prismpods.com" The other email looks the same except the address me with the wrong name. Its now Februrary 13th still no news or updates. I have asked for a refund but no news.
