I signed up to use an app on Google Play. The app did not work after I paid the $8.49. I emailed the help line and they responded saying they were sorry and they were having a technical issue; the problem had been fixed and to try again. They said that if for some reason I was routed to pay again, to click pay and I would not be charged again because their side of the system would know that I had already purchased. The man in the email ended if there was a problem again, to please email back and will refund my money.

I did what they said and the second payment was deducted from my account - another $8.49. Totalling $16.98 from my account. So I emailed him/them back and I have never heard back or received my refund. I emailed again - nothing. Again - nothing. Threatened to go to the ScamPulse.com - nothing. So here I am. I want a full refund of $16.98. Very shady business.
