Advertise a hand stitch quilt. Took 2 months to get. It's the cheapest and ugliest piece of material I have ever seen. Just want my money back

After reading the other complaints on here probably a waste of time. I figure I am out of my money ? I ordered what I thought was going to be a stitched cotton queen quilt, well it is the cheapest, ugliest piece of material I have ever seen in my life. Someone needs to protect consumers better in the US against foreign companies like this and profit the false advertising and realize its another money racket. Would love to return and get my money back!

I ordered what was listed as a Christmas Rug 5 x 7. I ordered two. It took them several months to arrive. When I finally got them, they were more like small throws. Very cheap with foam on the back. I immediately filed a complaint with Paypal. Printabel agreed to give me a refund if I shipped them back, so Paypal closed the case. I paid $46 to ship them back to China on Dec. 27, 2019. I just received both of them back with a sticker on the package that says return to sender. Paypal cannot help because it is now too late. 7 months later...I am furious. This place is a scam for sure. I'm out almost $200.

I purchased what I thought was a queen size bedspread for $79.90 and didn't received it for a couple of months. When I did receive it, it was more like the size of a tablecloth and I didn't receive it until I filed a complaint with my bank. I have no way of returning it and now I am stuck with this whatever it is piece cloth. Please help me?

I will be submitting a credit card and Paypal dispute. I ordered a flip flop QUILT. The nice one in the attached picture. I received a sublimated printed flip flop "thing" made out of what looks like very thin sheer curtain fabric. It is horrible and completely false advertisement! It took over 3 months to come in. I have emailed the company with NO response.

I ordered a quilt. What I got was two cheap sheets sewn together. No batting, no quilting. And the print was blurry. It looked NOTHING like the photo. First 2 photos are what I got. Last photo is what I ordered. Scam!

Ordered a king size quilt from Printable Company Limited in April 2020, received in June. Charged $80.95 to my cc in April the day i ordered it. The quilt was supposed to be cotton and embroidered, instead it was a polyester photo print quilt. Just a piece of garbage. Tried to dispute with pay pay, they went back to the company and offered me a $24.00 refund! With no option to just return it. I finally had to dispute it with my cc company. What a disaster. Will never use pay pal again. They continue to have a problem with this company and still do business with them.

Ordered a quilt on April 6,2020 never received,charged my credit card $72.90 plus a $2.18 foreign transaction fee. No phone number or e-mail . I ordered 2 king size quilts Also 1 small size quilt. Did not get them but I paid thru Pay Pal & they gave me credit for the quilts. This is a scam...DO NOT order from them. You have 180 days with Pay Pal to file a claim to get your money credited back to you.

I ordered 2 king size quilts paid $359.33 USD and only got one. It's not even COTTON all polyester that I could have brought from Kmart for only $20.00 AUD. THIS IS FRAUD. FRAUDULENT COMPANY. I ordered as rug on Facebook and used PayPal. My credit card was charged immediately. It took 9 weeks before the rug came. When it did, it was a laser printed, bath mat looking thing and I got 2. Really cheap looking. It cost $92.00 which I thought was more than I had expected and $10 shipping. Who do you report this sort of thing to?

This is a SHAM and a SHAME! Yet, Paypal continues to do business with this company. With over 62 complaints, they are still advertising and sending merchandise that is cheap and thin and not worth the money that is charged. After 10 weeks I received my rug/mat folded like an envelope in the mailbox. Not at all like the picture advertised ; not the colors, Ironically the item arrived on the date that I requested a refund. Am I stuck with it? You betcha...Stuck with $44.95 + $ 9.95 for shipping for merchandise that I could have bought at Family Dollar for under $10.00.

So after waiting 1 1/2 months to recieve my bed spread ..i recueved a product that looks nothing like what i ordered and very poor quality. I have been trying to resolve the issue and was told that i would have to return the product paying for the postage myself and that i would have to return it ti a hong kong address which would cost me a minimal of 72 $ to send back...even tho the parcel was shipped to me from Mississauga. This is rediculous and i paid for shipping already to recueve what i actually order.. to recieve a duvet cover that does not resembled the product i ordered. The first photo is what i actually ordered...the 2nd photo is what i recieved..very dissatisfied.

I ordered a rug from Lush Goods through a Facebook ad on 1/13/20. The name that appeared on my Paypal charge was Printabel. When I had not received my order after one month, I inquired about it through email. I got the response that due to concerns about spreading the Corona virus, my order had been delayed. After another month I inquired again. I was told the same thing, but that my order would ship in a week. In MAY, I still had not received my order, so I filed a complaint with Paypal. Paypal urged me to work out the complaint amicably with the vendor. I contacted the vendor again through Paypal, including my previous correspondence. Printabel responded with a tracking number. Five days later, the tracking number still did not work. I complained again, and Printabel gave me the same old song and dance about how the shipper was backed up because of the Corona virus. A week later, I escalated the complaint with Paypal, and they FINALLY refunded my money. After this experience, I only order from recognized and established companies. I have had good luck with Wayfair and Overstock.com and am very wary about random companies I have never heard of that advertise on Facebook. One of the biggest problems with Printabel is that they change the name that they advertise under constantly, but all of their company advertising has a similar look. The old adage applies, if it seems too good to be true, it probably is.
